The goal of classifieds is to locate your target audience, so you may have to do some searching around to find some classifieds that will work for your particular product or your area of interest. When you do, you want to seek out the relevant category.
The good thing about classified is that people actually read the classifieds to buy, people reading classifieds could actually go through and take some sort of action.
The biggest classifieds online is Craigslist which is the 38th most popular website in the world. If you have global product or service go for one of the big areas like San Francisco. If it’s a local product or service then post in your local Craigslist.
I just went and have a look and sure enough some of my old classified ads are still there on a renewing basis and it costs a few dollars a month. So set up your link, you got a nice juicy hyperlink back to your site and it will get search results plus actual classified reader’s coming through to your site.
